From tmr onwards I will start the eat-a-fruit-a-day thing for myself! 8D
But I only like mango and watermelon and, aiya, those juicy juicy fruits!
Hooo.
And exercise at least once a week, well I don't know how am I going to do but I CAN TRY.
Also, have a balanced diet!!
2 servings of fruits and veggies each everyday!
Balanced diet + regular exercise = Healthy Lifestyle + (hopefully) Fats Burner!!
Burn fats yay.
I hope this will succeed.
